Parameter identification and control under privacy protection

Abstract:

With the networking and intelligence of control system, multi-individual participation and multi-party information protection has become more and more important. How to organically combine the existing parameter identification and control theory with the information security technology to achieve integrated analysis and design is an important problem in the field of system control. Based on class-1 random moving average model, we study the parameter security identification under multi-individual cooperation and propose a least squares identification algorithm with security in the sense of cryptography by using Paillier cryptosystem. The algorithm ensures that each participant cooperates with other participants to identify the system parameters without disclosing their own inputs. In addition, we also propose a differential privacy algorithm based on the random approximation algorithm for the security protection of initial state of multi-individual system, and prove the ε-differential privacy and convergence of the algorithm.

Introduction to the Lecturer:

Zhang Jifeng was graduated from the Department of Mathematics, Shandong University with a bachelor's degree in 1985 and the Institute of Systems Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences with a doctor's degree in 1991. He is now a researcher Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences and the director of the Institute of Systems Sciences. His research interests include the analysis and control of stochastic systems, finite information systems and multi-agent systems. He has successively presided over programs of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, key R&D programs and 973 Program, and has won the State Natural Science Award (second class) twice. Now he is IEEE Fellow, IFAC Fellow and an academician of European Academy of Sciences and Arts. He has successively served as convener of the Systems Science Review Panel of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council, vice chairman of IFAC Technology Bureau, vice chairman of Chinese Association of Auto, Systems Engineering Society of China and Chinese Mathematical Society, as well as the chief editor, deputy chief editor or editorial board member of more than ten journals such asJournal of Systems Science and Mathematical Sciences,Science China Information Sciences,IEEE Trans. on Automatic ControlandSIAM Journal on Control and Optimization. He is also the founding chief editor of TCCT popular science periodical -All About Systems and Control.
